Stephanie A. Russo is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Civil, Family and County Mediator, providing civil mediation services throughout Florida. Ms. Russo has more than 25 years of litigation experience in practically all fields of civil litigation, including cases involving defamation, non-compete agreements, trade secrets, business torts, corporate disputes, contracts, real estate, landlord-tenant dispute, premises liability, sovereign immunity and family law, as well as appellate experience.
She is committed to mediation as a meaningful and valuable process for the resolution of disputes. Your mediation may be held at the location of your choosing — in our conference rooms, at any other location chosen by the parties, or through Zoom video conferencing. Zoom is a simple, user-friendly platform which offers the ability for us to establish private caucus rooms, as well as a main room for all participants.
